Workshops

Each workshop is medicine

Bringing in the medicine of breath, energywork, sound, and community. Combining the medicinal gifts of other healers and each other. Awakening your own medicine within. The container is built together and the medicine is ours to share.

“Breathwork is one of the most effective healing modalities I’ve ever experienced, I think a lot of people would agree. It doesn’t mess around, it gets straight to the point.”

Each time I’ve explored this practice I unlocked an emotional release that goes deep within my Being… Jennilee creates the most incredible container that feels safe and nurturing, the perfect container to release your demons. I’m grateful everyday for Jennilee and this practice and would recommend it to anyone ready to walk through the fire of their inner shadow and come out on the other side truly transformed.

I’m a dynamic, compassionate, intuitive being who loves to immerse myself in safe, healing spaces with others who are also walking this path. I also love to dive deep into shadow work and illuminate what is calling me to be seen, felt, and known. Being able to explore the jungles within as well as the skies has created a foundation that allows me to witness others in many forms.

Workshop FAQs

  • Each workshop is different but most workshops are kept small to create safe and intimate containers for healing. On average the groups are between 10-12 people.

  • Because I use different locations for each workshop, you will be emailed with a list of what you need to bring for that particular workshop. In general, a journal, water bottle, and blanket are nice items to have.

  • All workshops are currently being offered in the greater Edmonton area, including Stony Plain, Spruce Grove, and Bon Accord. I strive to keep the distance not further than 30 min from city limits.

  • I collaborate with other practitioners to ensure that there is a 1-6 practitioner to participant ratio or less. Each participant will be held and cared for throughout the workshop, with the understanding that this is group work and not an individual session.

  • After the workshop you will receive an email that provides you with integration tips and tools. I am also available for support afterwards via email. Sometimes additional practitioners or services are recommended based on individual needs and situations.
