Jennilee
Embarking on a profound healing odyssey nearly two decades ago, my unwavering commitment to personal transformation became the catalyst for my life's purpose. From traversing the depths of my own Being, to creating sacred sanctuaries for others, my journey continues to unfold with dedication and humbling awareness. I have had the honor and joy of serving our community as a Meditation Teacher, Yoga Teacher, Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, and Reiki Master/Teacher for the last 13 years, and look forward to working together.
Angie Clark
Angie is a Trauma-informed Yoga, Breath and Somatic facilitator from Edmonton, AB. Shortly after leaving her job as a cruise ship dancer in 2008, Angie was introduced to yoga and fell in love with the practice.
Angie feels as if it is her life’s purpose to help and encourage others to heal. Her specialty is in recovery and embodiment using Self Myofascial release and Somatics as tools for restoration of the physical body, the mind and spirit.
In working through her own trauma via intensive group and individual clinical therapy, personal research, as well as investing in her own restorative yoga practice, Angie has developed a foundation of compassion and empathy for the complexity of everyone's individual human experience. With an understanding of, and passion for, the connection between mind, body and emotions, she believes sharing this knowledge with as many humans as possible will help empower individuals on their unique journey.
